With the report still ringing in our ears that Ethan Moreau is done for the season, word comes out of Montreal this afternoon that a substantial part of the Canadiens Practice Facility (currently under construction) has collapsed.
According to www.tsn.ca, half of the steel structure gave way around 1:30pm ET. No one was injured, and the extent of the damage was unclear.
This collapse isn’t as bad as the collapse their Eastern Canadian neighbour—the Toronto Maple Leafs—or as sad as the inevitable collapse of the Calgary Flames in the first round of the playoffs this year, but sad nonetheless.
No french people were hurt in the making of this story
It never gets old seeing the Leafs fail. Man those grapes are sour ....
