Thank you MacT. Thank you for inexplicably signing Denis Grebeshkov to a one year contract and giving us all a reason to drink NationBeer by the decalitre tonight at the Pint Downtown. Speaking of which we know we need bigger tap handles with a NationBeer logo on it. But it's a start right?

We shall toast your unique approach to General Management. Obviously the problem in 2009 is the solution in 2013. It's so clear now.

*grinds teeth so hard the Earth is thrown off its axis*

But never fear - we are going to throw one hell of a Draft Party this Friday at the Pint Downtown. Draft party as in the official release of NationBeer.

You read that right. What was once merely a blog is now also a beer.

While we all wait for MacT to make bolder and BOLDER and BOLDER deals we thought this might be as good a time as any to have a lil contest with our new sponsor Jerad Cox from Sterling Real Estate. It's a man cave contest and the prize is an Hall/Eberle/Nuge lithograph sent straight to said man cave.

That's mad decent.

It has just come to our attention that Oilers long time anthem singer Paul Lorieau passed away a few days back. If you will pardon the delay, we can't help but feel that OilersNation should take pause and remember this great man who entertained us all on many a frozen night over the years.
