It is being reported on the Edmonton Oilers website that the Oil are going to be the first NHL team to have cheerleaders.

We always hear that a player needs to find a role, accept that role and then excel at it if they want to be a difference maker. The lucky ones get to be goal scorers or point producers, but they are a rarity. The majority of players who stay in the league for an extended period of time have to find a role, and excel at it.

This is Henry Fonda in "12 Angry Men." Along with wonderful phrases like "the New Jersey hair-splitting convention" the movie is a compelling look into the meaning of reasonable doubt and the power of bias and prejudice. It's one of my favorite movies.
