You have to hand it to people when they get a hard job done. Take the bravest man on Earth for example, who cleans out a cobra pit in the video above as though he is raking leaves. Slightly less snake related - but certainly a hard job too - the plans for Rexall Place: Downtown Edition have been moved forward by the City of Edmonton and the Katz Group.

NHL's Draft Guru Passes

This is EJ McGuire during his time as an assistant coach for the Philadelphia Flyers. McGuire passed away today, leaving a void in the hockey world's draft process. His "draft profiles" were a handy item for fans and media alike, and for those who follow the NHL's draft process year round McGuire was the point man on each winter's best young talents.

Rising star Corey Perry is just now entering his prime years as an NHL player and he's already a legitimate Hart Trophy candidate as a member of the Anaheim Ducks. Perry could have been, and should have been, an Edmonton Oiler.
