How f**king dare anyone out there make fun of MacT after all he has been through!

He lost some games, he went through a bad patch. He had too many f**kin kids on the team.

His team turned out to be losers, a bunch of misfits, and now he's going through a playoff battle. All you people care about is… sports bets and making money off of him.

HE’S A HUMAN! (ah! ooh!) What you don’t realize is that MacT is making all this money and all you do is write a bunch of crap about him.

He hasn’t performed on the ice in years. His line to the press is: “give me more” for a reason because all you people want is MORE! MORE, MORE, MORE, MORE!.

LEAVE HIM ALONE! You are lucky he even performed for you BASTARDS!
    LEAVE MacT ALONE!…Please.

Robin Brownlee talked about professionalism and said if MacT was a professional he would’ve pulled it off no matter what.

Speaking of professionalism, when is it professional to publicly bash someone who is going through a hard time.

    Leave MacT Alone Please…. !
Leave MacT alone!…right now!….I mean it.!

Anyone that has a problem with him you deal with me, because he is not well right now.

    LEAVE HIM ALONE!

Last night I was still naive enough to think this pack of retards can somehow win a game with the pressure on high. Fooled again! Those pesky oilers get me everytime!

Selanne played very well last night. I’d like a vet like that on our team who hits, can score and can carry a play on his shoulders. He was buzzing all night.

    AND Neidermayer. AND Hiller.

We're so far from being a competitive team right now it's not even funny any more.

    *sigh*

How do i know if i am being moderated? how long do i have to wait??? I have important science that needs to be done here and can't wait forever…oh wait, yes i can.

So who all went to the game last night? I hope you guys are really proud of yourselves for not cheering hard enough. Horcoff was all ready to bag himself a hat trick, but when he came out of the tunnel to that quiet crowd his poor little heart sank and he couldn't find the motivation. Thanks a lot, jerks.

Think of it this way. Soccer season is just kicking (punny) off. Another sport to pin my hopes on just to have them dashed.
    I still love you, Oilers.

Ugh, reduced to watching MLS? European leagues wrap up in May, so I guess it's go Blue Jays from here on out. Oh god that's depressing…

You really are a glutton for punishment aren't you? I'm no better, I'm a die hard Brewers fan. I just have a thing for the little teams that could.

I have tickets to Saturday and next Friday's games. Hopefully those games will still mean something…

Well I'm clinging to my last few months of supporting Manchester United for the season. I have to pull for one team that actually wins something.

The Brew Crew though? Man, that takes dedication!

sorry….. I was somewhat morose about the switch of coat check girls and couldnt seem to get past that. . Ill try really really really hard next time coach.

So I obviously got hammered last night, and was able to con one of my sober buddies into driving me for some wonderful drive-thru eats… On the way to get the food, I got to hear the whole stick measure thing on the radio. Screaming profanities – as we've all seen MacT try this stupid game before. Wasn't he the last coach to try that? – right as they announced the call being a penalty against the Oilers, my buddy hit one of our massive wonderful Edmonton potholes… and did some serious damage (which I'm sure I'll hear about today seeing as my drunk ass wanted food) rim bent, tire toast, and I'm sure the front right side isn't too happy in general.

Point being, when it rains it pours. The Oilers gave us a nice tease, followed by a vicious sacking, then the city decides to make my night even better with our other problem in town. No headache today at least 🙂 Take em where I can get em lately

I'm officially done watching Oilers hockey this season. Don't get me wrong; I'm still a fan. No bandwagon hopping here. It's just . . .

You know the generic slasher-film scene where the heroine is strapped to table or something and the whirling sawblade is descending; it doesn't take a genius to know what's going to happen next. There are two kinds of people in this world; those who watch riveted, hoping to see the chunks of flesh fly and the agonized look on her face. And then there are the human beings who look away, in case the director left his humanity in his other suit when he filmed the scene.

I can't watch the last few games. It hurts too much to see them twitch helplessly as the end comes for them. I can only look away and pray that vengeance is coming from some quarter this off-season.

    R.I.P., Oilers. I'll miss you.

    @ Rusty Shackleford:

wow you got lucky the cuz usually the next day headaches are bad enough that I want to die! And yeah I thought the same thing as soon as the stick measurement call was being made that we were the last guys to try that cheap play in recent memory. What a joke. Whoever gave them the intel to do the stick measurement should have their eyes checked. Or at the very least maybe use some Bushnell binoculars next time instead of some cheap oiler logo'd kids toy binoculars that can be found at the discount bin at every Rexall store.

Yup since '91. It was a long hard road after '92 (sound familiar?). Last year for the Brewers was almost like '06 for the Oilers. Now it's back to hoping they can at least finish over .500. Wow, that is really familiar…

*fights back a tear, not going to let 'em see me cry*

  • I'm a Scientist!

    @ I'm a Scientist!:
Well played I'm a Scientist!, well played. You've convinced me. I think that guy from the video had a higher Ch value than the coach last night.

  • I'm a Scientist!

    @ 442Junkie:

You never know with the NL Central, .500 could be good enough. Now if the Jays can find a way past two teams that equal the rest of the league combined in payroll I'd be impressed.

Oh yeah and FMNF, FLNF or something else Oiler-related

  • I'm a Scientist!

    @ Archaeologuy:
The Gr factor was prettttttty big last night after the failed illegal stick schmozzle. However, my Ch level DID increase exponentially when the Zach Attack was implemented. The confounding forces resulted in a Ch/Gr ratio of 1.

  • I'm a Scientist!

lol that was me and my friend with the oilers hat, looking up in complete disgust… I had to kill people for those tickets just so I could go and do what the told us to do and be loud… I did my part why didn't they do theirs?

Is penner looking down at the Keg sign trying to see what the special is tonight?

*MMM I hope they have the 20 oz porterhouse again*

I rib penner a bit, but he's alright. He's not the worst underacheiver on this squad.
