Some of the leagues that house Oilers prospects are winding down their regular seasons and getting ready for the playoffs. Among other things, that may mean juniors like Caleb Jones and Ethan Bear could get in some AHL time with the Bakersfield Condors before the minor league season is over. It’s been a big week, let’s have a look. Photo by Mark Williams, all rights reserved.

I love the weekend update – thanks for conglomerating this for us.

After the 15 game point streak, Bear went dry this week.

With the CHL regular season wrapping up, which of Bear, Jones, Mantha are on poor teams and will be done and ready to go to Bakersfield? I don’t follow the CHL very closely during the regular season.

  • a lg dubl dubl

When can Svoboda come over and start playing for the Condors? Since his draft year he seems to be trending upwards year after year.

Really interested in Paigin as well. I hope both players can come to the rookie camp or main camp in the fall, even if for only a “cup of coffee”.

They’ll need to sign him to an ELC before he plays for the Condors.

I’d like to see him come to camp next year as well but I’m not holding my breath.

His numbers are stunning, however, we are talking about the the Czech league – I don’t think anyone really knows how his game will translate to the AHL/NHL.

Only one way to find out – come on over Miroslav!!!!
