This is the most disappointing season in Edmonton Oilers history, which is saying a lot considering their recent lack of success. If you have another candidate for the title, let me know. The Edmonton Oilers have a problem when Connor McDavid isn’t on the ice. McDavid’s been doing McDavid things, but he can only play 20 minutes a game.
Connor McDavid currently sits third in the NHL scoring race behind Evgeni Malkin and Nikita Kucherov. He’s five points behind Kucherov for the lead and is on pace for 99 points this season which would be another incredible year for the 21-year-old.
