It’s an Oilers reunion! According to TSN’s Darren Dreger, the Oilers are signing Tobias Rieder to a one-year, $2-million deal.
According to TSN’s Ryan Rishaug, the Edmonton Oilers have inked defenceman Kevin Gravel to a one-year, two-way deal worth $700K. Sportsnet’s Mark Spector says Gravel will get $450k guaranteed and would make $300k in the minors.
The Edmonton Oilers appear to be ready to make their first free agency splash. St. Louis Blues writers Andy Strickland and Jeremy Rutherford have both said on Twitter 34-year-old Kyle Brodziak is expected to sign with the Oilers.
