88. Martin Hugo Has

Date of Birth: 2 Feb 2001 (Age 18)
Nation: Czech Republic
Place of Birth: Praha, CZE
Position: D      Shoots: Right
Height: 6’4″     Weight: 187 lbs.
2018-19 Team: Tappara U20 (Jr. A SM-Liiga)
Profile: Two-way defencemen with an ideal frame that could stand to fill out a bit more, but good skater at his current size; active stick and decent hockey sense. Committed to Tappara of Liiga for the 2019-20 season.
“Defensively able big man with a long reach and an active stick. Is poise and patient with the puck on the offensive side has pretty good footwork and feet for prospect his [size]… A very good passer who can lay short precison passes on teammate’s stick, and is adept at threading the needle with neat stretch passes. Will occasionally use his size to his favor. There are negatives too. He shows poise in his carries, but caves when under heavy pressure. Needs more power in his skating and can get beaten wide and also get stuck on the wrong side of pucks. Projects as a long term project who rounds out his skills and game eventually.” -Bill Placzek, draftsite.com

87. Cole Mackay

Date of Birth: 13 June 2001  (Age 17)

Position: RW   Shoots: Right
Height: 5’11”   Weight: 185 lbs.
2018-19 Team: Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds (OHL)
Profile: Smaller winger who plays with a tonne of energy and can be deployed as a utility forward in most situations.
“… Relentless in puck pursuit as he goes fast and hard into the corners does so many things that help his team win. Kills penalties and is determined to continue his upward climb. Finished with 27 goals and 61 points in 65 games He is the a player you can slide up and down your line-up through four lines, but you wish you had one for each of the lines.” -Bill Placzek, draftsite.com

86. Matvey Gushov

Date of Birth: 30 Jan 2001  (Age18)

2018-19 Team: London Knights (OHL)
Profile: Complete centre who plays a 200-foot game; most effective when in possession of the puck and creating chances for teammates.
“You can easily see that Guskov-sr. was a pro hockey player, as Matvei inherited both athletic body and hard working approach from him. Yet it is difficult to rate him when he almost wasn’t used at his primary center position this season.” Cam Robinson, dobberprospects.com

85. Dustin Wolf

84. Harrison Blaisdell

Date of Birth:  (Age 18)
Nation: Canada
Place of Birth: Regina, SK

Profile: Average overall skill and speed, but makes up for it with good hockey sense; smart positioning helps create scoring opportunities for himself. Committed to the University of North Dakota through the 2020-21 season.
“… Although he is under six foot, he plays big and displays excellent “wide” speed that helps him stay around the pucks where loose or ready to be loosened in the middle and attack zones. Will jump into small enemy breakdowns and advance them in transition. Opportunistic around the crease winning rebounds and putting them in the back of the net. A high tempo attacker that can swoop from outside to middle open lanes before you know he has re-positioned. Knocks defenders off pucks drives past checks and also takes away many pucks.” -Bill Placzek, draftsite.com

83. Leevi Aaltonen

Date of Birth: 24 Jan 2001  (Age 18)
Nation: Finland
Place of Birth: Mikkeli, FIN
Position: LW    Shoots: Left
Height: 5’9″     Weight: 168 lbs.
2018-19 Team: KalPa U20 (Jr. A SM-liiga))
Profile: Though slightly undersized, plays without fear and a high-level of skill. Goes hard to the net but also a creative play-maker. Committed to KalPa of Liiga for the 2019-20 season.
“Aaltonen is an undersized (5-9, 154) winger who is most effective in an offensive role. He’s a dual threat because he can both make plays and finish them. He’s been leaning towards being a playmaker but he also has a very good wrist shot, and he’s very good at opening lanes for his shot. He’s also a reliable defensive player who can kill penalties as well. With his January birthday, Aaltonen is on the older side for his draft class, and he’s also very mature for someone his age. Expectations were very high for him based on his 16-year-old season, and even though he’s shown good progress since then, he hasn’t really dominated as a 17-year-old as was expected. Aaltonen is likely going to get drafted in the middle rounds of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.” -Jokke Nevalainen, dobberprospects.com

82. Judd Caulfield

Date of Birth: 19 Mar 2001 (Age 18)
Nation: USA
Place of Birth: Grand Forks, ND
Position: RW    Shoots: Right
Height: 6’3″      Weight: 207 lbs.
2018-19 Team: U.S. National U18 Team (USDP)
Profile: Ideal size as a power forward at the pro level, but doesn’t always use his frame to his advantage, but when he does can dominate down low; solid all-around player. Committed to the University of North Dakota for the 2019-20 season.
“Big wing who has yet to put all the parts of his improving game together. Has a good hockey IQ, can play on the penalty kill, and is willing to present a net front presence, but hasn’t necessarily had the power forward tag placed on him, since he isn’t a guy who has shown much edge or any nasty while on the wall or dirty areas, but does tip them in and score garbage goals when in the blue paint.” –draftsite.com

81. Lucas Feuk

Date of Birth: 19 Feb 2001 (Age 18)
Nation: Sweden
Place of Birth: Stockholm, SWE
Position: C/W  Shoots: Left
Height: 6’0″     Weight: 185 lbs.
2018-19 Team: Sodertalje SK J20 (SuperElit)
Profile: A smart centre who creates his chances with his hands and good hockey IQ; good size that he uses when he needs to put not enough to get himself into better scoring chances in the slot and around the net. Committed to Sodertelje SK of the Allsvenskan for the 2019-20 season.
“A Swedish centre who plays a smart game as a playmaker and plays well on the power play. Has some grit to his game and will go into the corners looking but not a true banger. Reads the ice and developing plays and is quickly there as an outlet for his defenseman when they need one. Good vision offensive but still has parts to fit in place.” -Bill Placzek, draftsite.com
