Another week down with the big club doing well, it’s All-star break time and we can look at some promise in our system. The CHL pipeline is shaping up quite well. As of writing this (Sunday evening) Yamamoto has a 10-game point streak on the go. Skinner is flourishing in his new surroundings with Swift Current, and finally Tyler Benson has been continuing his world juniors worthy play. In the AHL Malone (an early call up to the NHL) has been steadily putting up the points as well as Ty Rattie, selected for the AHL All-star game this year.
