Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the Day!
The Bets of the Day are brought to you by NHL odds site Betway!
Last night, we smashed tripling down on the Oilers’ power play, so we’re going to run it back tonight and do the same with the Minnesota Wild. We’re going to make four separate half-unit bets.
Our first bet of the day is on Kirill Kaprizov to score 1+ power play point, with odds sitting at +110.
Our second bet of the day is on Kirill Kaprizov to be an anytime goal scorer, with odds sitting at -106.
Our third bet of the day is on Mats Zuccarello to score 1+ power play point, with odds sitting at +135.
Our fourth bet of the day is on Mats Boldy to score 1+ power play point, with odds sitting at +140.
We’re banking on a power play goal here from Kaprizov, assisted by Zuccarello and Boldy to cash all four of these legs at once. Minnesota is hosting the Anaheim Ducks tonight, who have the worst-ranked penalty-kill unit in the league, according to Daily Faceoff’s DFS charts, and a road penalty-kill unit that kills a measly 69.6 percent of the penalties they take.
Minnesota doesn’t have an overtly lethal power play, operating at the 15th-best rate, but Zuccarello has set up Kaprizov for 10 of his 12 power play goals this season.
Let’s see if the Wild can come in clutch for us tonight.
