Betway Bets of the Day — Loading the wagon on the Edmonton Oilers

Our first bet of the day will be taking Leon Draisaitl to score a goal. These odds sit at +105 and will be a two-unit bet.

Leon Draisaitl’s dominance against the Nashville Predators is well-known at this point. Over his last 16 games against them, dating back to the start of the 2018 calendar year, he’s scored 23 goals and 36 points, scoring a goal in 11 of the games.

We’re also going to sprinkle a half unit on Draisaitl to be the first goal scorer at +700. In those 16 games, he was the first goal scorer of the game in four of them, so I don’t mind these odds whatsoever.

Our second bet of the day will be taking the Edmonton Oilers on the money line & total goals over 5.5. These odds sit at +115.

Another plus money play here on the Oilers, backing them to win their 16th straight game, and for a lower under to hit. Edmonton’s only cashed the total in three of their last 10 games, while Nashville has cashed it in four of their last 10.

Despite that, seven of the last 10 games between the two sides have gone over this total, including each of their last five, with Edmonton winning eight of them. Fire at will.
