Fast-moving arena action

So Kay-Z or someone else… Not entirely sure who has posted this alleged video rendering of the proposed Downtown Arena. I haven’t yet been able to verify its authenticity, but here you have it: the possible, future home of the Mighty Oil.

What do you think, Nation? I mean, from what you can glean from the fast-moving, rocket-powered camera? Is this going to be a crown jewel for downtown or a massive white elephant?
