The Edmonton Oilers are back in the win column thanks to a three-goal third period that lifted them to a 4-2 win over the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday night. Below are the highlights from the game…

GAME HIGHLIGHTS ARE PRESENTED BY BETWAY

The game got off to a slow start and the Flyers finally opened the scoring just over 10 minutes into the first frame. Noah Cates picked up the puck behind the net and wrapped it around out front and snuck it through Stuart Skinner’s pads…
With just three seconds left on the clock in the first period, the Oilers knotted the score at 1-1. Leon Draisaitl won a faceoff back to Tyson Barrie and he ripped a wrist shot from the point that made it past Cart Hart…
The Flyers regained their lead in the middle of the second period. Cody Ceci wasn’t able to break the puck out of the zone and Kevin Hayes threw the puck into the slot for Owen Tippett who fired it by Skinner…
This didn’t result in a goal, but Connor McDavid pulled off one of his all-time moves in Philadelphia’s zone in the third period, spinning through two Flyers at their own blueline…
The Oilers tied the game at 2-2 on the ensuing power play as McDavid, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, and Leon Draisaitl completed a beautiful passing play that left Carter Hart sprawling across the net…
A couple of minutes later, Skinner made a game-saving stop at the other side of the ice to keep the score at 2-2 and the momentum in Edmonton’s favour…
Not long after Skinner’s great save, Connor McDavid got a puck past Carter Hart to give the Oilers their first lead of the night…
The Flyers got a power play late in the game and pulled their goaltender to give them six skaters against Edmonton’s four but McDavid sealed the deal with an empty netter…
