Oilersnation Betway Bets of the Day — Connor McDavid’s time to shine

6 months agoThe Bets of the Day is brought to you by NHL betting site Betway!
Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the day. All bets are for one unit unless otherwise noted.
Our first bet of the day will be taking Edmonton Oilers on the moneyline and Connor McDavid to score 2+ points. These odds sit at +110.
The Oilers may turn a corner in their season after back-to-back come-from-behind wins over the New York Rangers and the Florida Panthers. Tonight, they’re heavy favourites against a poor Chicago Blackhawks squad.
I wrote about Connor McDavid yesterday and how he’s due to go on a tear, so let’s back him and the Oilers to get it done tonight.

Our second bet of the day will be taking Mika Zibanejad to take over 3.5 shots on goal. These odds sit at -125.
Zibanejad leads the Rangers in shots this year taking 97 in 23 games averaging 4.2 per game. He’s his the over on this prop in three of his last five games, and in 14 of 23 games on the season.
The Rangers take on the Ottawa Senators tonight, a team that has allowed the sixth most shots against per hour on the season, and the ninth most in the last five games.
Record: 50-36 (+15.02u)
