The Edmonton Oilers didn’t make it easy on themselves but they came away with a victory in game 4 to tie the series at two. The Oilers lead for the majority of the game with goals Leon Draisaitl and Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. The Vancouver Canucks continued to push until the end with two third period goals from Conor Garland and Dakota Joshua. When the game seemed bound for overtime, Evan Bouchard restored the Oilers lead giving the home team the lead with less than 40 seconds to play.
Calvin Pickard played a huge role in yesterday’s victory too. The Oilers goaltender stopped 19 of the 21 shots he faced and stopped denied the Canucks on some top chances. The questions is now, will head coach Kris Knobluach start him in game 5? Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin will discuss that and more on Oilersnation Everyday live at noon only on the Oilersnation YouTube channel.

Later in the program, former Edmonton Oiler Zack Kassian joins Tyler and Liam. With Kassian, they’ll discuss his time in Edmonton, returning to Rogers Place for game 3 and how he sees the rest of the series playing out.
Additionally, Frank Seravalli from Daily Faceoff and DJ Bean from What Chaos also join the show.
