The Edmonton Oilers aren’t in action until tomorrow when they look to get back into the win column versus the Anaheim Ducks. Until then, Tyler Yaremchuk and Liam Horrobin will keep you entertained with another edition of Oilersnation Everyday.
Earlier this morning, Frank Seravalli from Daily Faceoff dropped an updated version of his trade targets lists. There’s a new number one with Elias Lindholm now off the board and it goes to his former teammate Noah Hanifin. Only one Edmonton Oilers player is on the list and that goes to Brett Kulak. Could that be an indication of how the Oilers make money work this trade deadline?
Also on the show, Tyler and Liam will each give their three realistic trade targets for the Oilers. If you want to play along and give your targets, head to the Oilersnation YouTube channel during the show and leave your questions, comments and concerns in the Charm Diamond Centres YouTube live chat.
Pete Blackburn from the “What Chaos!” podcast joins Tyler and Liam on the show today. With Pete, the guys will talk about his recent experience at the NFL’s Super Bowl media conference where Pete and his co-host DJ Bean made some viral moments happen. Stepping back onto the ice, with the trade deadline approaching, Pete will give us his thoughts on some possible additions come the Oilers way. Is it time to upgrade the top six? Is a change need to happen on the blueline immediately? Is this roster good enough to win without making a move?
