Oilersnation Radio: Ryan McLeod’s arbitration case, Oilers jersey history, and a whole lot of random
By baggedmilk7 months ago
We’re working our way through the off-season slow period, but that didn’t mean we didn’t still have plenty to talk about on the Friday episode of Oilersnation Radio.
Kicking off this week’s podcast, we got started with a debate about what was the biggest Oilers off-season misses that we can remember given that we’re still in the midst of UFA season. From there, we changed gears and looked at Ryan McLeod’s arbitration date that’s set for August 4th and what we expect to happen for one of the Oilers’ most intriguing young players. While there’s little doubt that McLeod is an important part of the team, what will be interesting to watch is where this deal actually ends up landing. From there we looked at Edmonton’s jersey history and tried to decide what are the best and worst uniforms that the team has ever worn. As expected, we all have different tastes and styles and that made for some interesting answers. Lastly, we wrapped up the Friday episode of Oilersnation Radio with another round of Kennedy’s quote game, answered a few questions in Ask the Idiots, and Hot and Cold performers.
