Report: Edmonton Oilers assign Ryan McLeod to Bakersfield Condors

3 years agoThe Edmonton Oilers have assigned Ryan McLeod to the Bakersfield Condors, the Edmonton Journal’s Jim Matheson reported Tuesday.
As Matheson noted, it means a return is likely close for Gaetan Haas. Haas has been out since the start of training camp due to falling ill with COVID-19 and testing positive on Dec. 21.
Haas resumed skating this last week.
He joined the Oilers ahead of the 2019-20 season as a free agent. Last year, he appeared in 58 games with the Oilers scoring five goals and as many assists.
