Risky Business is brought to you by NHL Odds site Betway!
Seeing as the New Jersey Devils are absolutely lighting the lamp these days, I’m not really sure what to expect from tonight’s matchup apart from the potential for a lot of goals. Over their last four games, the Devils have put up 19 goals while the Oilers have registered 25 goals during their own winning streak. What are we going to get in the first of two meetings on the season? Your guess is as good as mine.
If you’re following along at home, the odds I’ll be using for my game day betting articles all season come from Betway. Here’s what I’m putting down against the Devils:

Player Prop:

Ryan Nugent-Hopkins over 2.5 shots at +130. My $5 bet would return $11.50.

Easy Money:

Over 1.5 total power play goals at -125. My $5 bet would return $9.00.

Risky Business:

Leon Draisaitl and Connor McDavid both to score at +300. My $5 bet would return $15.00.

Can’t Miss Parlay:

Wild over the Kraken on the ML, Stars over the Coyotes on the ML, and Connor McDavid to register a point at +225. My $5 bet would return $13.53

Last Game

How much fun was that game against Nashville? That game was so much fun to watch that I’m almost willing to forgive myself for the poor betting performance I put in. I mean, Leon Draisaitl ended the night with five points but had only one goal and that was the one I was really banking on to make a difference. Way she goes, I suppose.
  • Ryan Nugent-Hopkins over 2.5 shots at +110.
  • Over 1.5 total first period goals at -167. ✅
  • Leon Draisaitl to score 2+ goals at +600.
  • NYR over Philly on the ML, Tampa Bay over Ottawa on the ML, and Florida over Arizona on the ML at 2.99.
And there you have it, friends. Now that you know what I’m betting on — I’ll be throwing one unit down on each bet, for the record — feel free to hit me up in the comments section to let me know what you’re looking at against the Devils.
