‘Tis the season for Duck Hunting

 

In what can only be described as sweet delicious barbequed irony, the Oilers are on the verge of sweeping the Mighty Ducks in the season series tonight. This might be a hollow victory if the Oil don’t make the playoffs – which they will by the way – but nothing like a seasonal sweep to stick it to Brian Burke.

Can you imagine if the Oil and the Ducks meet in the playoffs? We at the Nation would drink ourselves dry. Yes. That is somehow possible.
