Does the idea of going to Vegas for a pre-playoff tuneup to watch some hockey with your favourite Internet friends sound like the greatest adventure of all time? Of course it does. That’s why I’m excited to write yet another article to announce our fourth #NationVacation to Las Vegas.
If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the years, it’s how dedicated Nation citizens are to watching the team we love and how we’ll fly all over the continent to make it happen. With the 2024-25 season well underway, our Kool-Aid levels being restored by some fantastic play by our boys over the last few weeks, and the high from the Denver trip still fresh in our minds, we knew we wanted to get back on the road for another round of hockey-inspired shenanigans and to give everyone an excuse for a quick pre-playoff vacation. That’s why we decided to find a game on the calendar that worked and grind out the details for our second trip of the year. And this time, we’re heading back to Vegas.
If you’ve never been on one of our #NationVacations yet, it’s an experience that’s hard to describe unless you’ve taken the plunge to join us. There’s something incredibly special about getting on a plane with your fellow Nation citizens, exploring a rival city for a few days, and punctuating the trip with what we all hope will be a big Edmonton win. It’s the kind of weekend that ends up sticking in our minds for months after we get home — we literally just got back from Denver, and I cannot wait to get back out on the road — and I cannot recommend a Nation Vacation enough for any hockey fan that’s looking to watch a setting that’s anything but normal with some of the best people you could ever meet. On a more simple point, I promise you will have a great time.
If you’re thinking about tagging along for this trip then I’m asking you to start saving your pennies and to move heaven and earth to get on this plane. Got it? Good. Essentially, what I’m telling you is that this will be a late-March vacay that you will not soon forget and one that you’ll absolutely want to be a part of if you can make it work. Only 108 sleeps until we leave but who’s counting?

Interested? Of course you are. Here are the details.

Now that I’ve convinced you to join us in Las Vegas for a pre-playoff tuneup, you’ll need some info about what’s going down, where to get your tickets, the travel dates, and anything else you’ll need to know. Thankfully, your ol’ pal Baggedmilk has all the details right here in a tidy little list.
