Looking to avoid a second straight loss, the Oilers welcome Taylor Hall and the New Jersey Devils to Rogers Place. The Edmonton Oilers are coming off a disappointing effort against the St. Louis Blues that saw them crumble during the second period against the defending Stanley Cup Champions but they’ll be given a great opportunity to bounceback tonight.
This weeks @SherwoodFord GIANT Question…

The Devils should be a very tired group considering that they lost last night in Calgary and are currently four games through a five-game road trip. They’ll also be going with Corey Schnieder between the pipes and he has struggled as of late, allowing 13 goals in his last two starts. Offensively, the Devils have cooled off as well. They have just three goals in their last two games.
The Oilers will welcome a pair of players back from the injured list tonight as well. Riley Sheahan and Josh Archibald will both return tonight while Mikko Koskinen makes his return to the crease. I went through all the lineup notes for tonight and more in today’s Pre Game Podcast (presented by YEG Burger)!
