A CANADA DAY CHARITY AUCTION!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, attending an Edmonton Prospects game is loads of fun. That being said, attending a Prospects game in a box, just meters away from home plate, is even better. Not enough? Attending an Edmonton Prospects game on Canada Day with 6700 other people could probably be the greatest thing you’ll do all summer. 

So cancel your Canada Day plans and break out your wallets because we’re auctioning off our box suite to Friday night’s prospects game, with all proceeds going to the Inner City Children’s Program!

As you know, we always try to contribute to charities with everything we do. We thought the Canada Day baseball game would be a great time to show our friends at the ICCP a little love by donating 100% of the money raised through the auction to them. If you don’t know, the ICCP has dedicated themselves to providing support for inner city, low income children in the elementary and junior high settings in Edmonton. We will be giving our box suite (12 seats) to the highest bidder. We would also like to pay for your post-game burger and beer so the winner of the auction will also be receiving a $50 gift certificate to The Pint! To submit a bid, just fill out the form below with the required information. We will update the high bidders in this article (and on Twitter) as often as we can so keep your eye out for new bids that come in. All we ask is that people with serious bids apply to help us keep this organized and run as smoothly as possible. The auction will close at end of day Wednesday and the winning bidder will be notified by email.

Last year, Telus Field (now Edmonton Ballpark) broke a league attendance record with almost 7000 people. There will be no better place to watch the Canada Day fireworks in Edmonton than at the ball park. Having access to the suite will be a great opportunity to catch the fireworks, be a part of an amazing local crowd, and catch a ball game.
