Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the Day!
The Bets of the Day are brought to you by NHL odds site Betway!
Our first bet of the day will be taking Connor McDavid to score a goal. These odds sit at +115.
Connor McDavid poked had some fun with the media on Tuesday, saying amid a nine-game goalless stretch, he has decided he doesn’t want to shoot the puck anymore.
“I’ve decided I’m just going to see how many assists I can get. That’s the focus,” he said, sarcastically. “I’m not going to shoot the puck anymore. I’m not going to score any more goals.”
He went on to say he “of course” wants to score and that he wants to produce and help the Oilers in any way he can. How funny would it be for him to go out and rip one home tonight? How funny would it be if he scored a hat trick tonight?
Let’s sprinkle a quarter unit on McDavid to score 3+ goals. These odds sit at +2800, and are for the gibes.

Our second bet of the day will be Matt Duchene to score 1+ point. These odds sit at -138.
Duchene has been on fire as of late with 3.9 points per hour over his last 25 games, scoring 26 points over that stretch. He’s cashed this prop in 17 of those games, and according to Daily Faceoff’s DFS Charts, the Stars’ second line has the best matchup of any line on the slate.
