Inside the Nation: The loss happened, now what?

Happy Thanksgiving, Nation! Dustin Nielson is back with a holiday Monday edition of Inside the Nation to take a look at all things Edmonton Oilers, and to try and make sense of what the hell is going on here. Needless to say, after Saturday’s performance, the Oiler are creating more questions than they’re answering.

With the season opener ending in a 5-2 loss, it’s fair to wonder what is going on with the Edmonton Oilers. Fortunately, Dustin Nielson is here with the answers. To start, Dusty looked at what’s going on with Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and whether or not he’s just having a maintenance day or if he’s actually more injured than the team is letting on? From there he gets on to the disaster in Sweden and tries to make sense of where things went wrong, and whether or not things can improve from there. Can Cam Talbot get back on track?
