NHL releases Round 2 schedule, Oilers vs. Canucks to begin Wednesday

in 1 minuteThe Dallas Stars took down the Vegas Golden Knights in a deciding Game 7 on Sunday evening, putting the first round of the 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs to an end.
The Stars will face the Colorado Avalanche in the second round of the playoffs while the Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks, the two remaining Canadian teams, will square off as well.
Over in the Eastern Conference, once second-round series is already underway, as the New York Rangers beat the Carolina Hurricanes in overtime. The Boston Bruins edged out the Toronto Maple Leafs in Game 7 and will now face the Florida Panthers in the second round.
