The Bets of the Day are brought to you by NHL odds site Betway!
Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the day. All bets are for one unit unless otherwise noted.
Our first bet of the day will be taking the Edmonton Oilers to win in regulation. These odds sit at -120.
The Oilers are on an absolute roll right now going 8-0-1 in their last nine games. They’ve shot up the standings and are firmly entrenched in a battle in the Pacific Division standings.
Games like tonight are ever-so-important for the Oilers, because it marks the chance to pick up some “easy” points. Truly no point is easy, but the Flyers have struggled this year going 21-22-9 with their goal rates near the bottom of the league.
The Oilers shouldn’t have an issue taking care of business tonight.

Our second bet of the day will be taking o7.5 goals between the San Jose Sharks and Florida Panthers. These odds sit at +160.
A bit of a heat check here, but I love this spot tonight. In their last five games, the Panthers have scored 4.34 goals per hour (2nd in the NHL) while allowing 4.14 (2nd most in the NHL). The Sharks, meanwhile, have scored 3.16 goals per hour (13th) and allowed 3.75 per hour (t-3rd).
These two met in early November with the total hitting seven goals. Tonight, the Sharks will start Kaapo Kahkonen (7-9-4, .874 sv%) while the Panthers are going with Sergei Bobrovsky (13-13-2, .900 sv%).
Record: 105-80 (+17.98u)
Last 30: 23-17 (+2.59u)
Last 7: 5-1 (+3.51u)
Yesterday: 2-0 (+1.91u)
