Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the day. All bets are for one unit unless otherwise noted.
Our first bet of the day will be taking the Leon Draisaitl to score 2+ points. These odds sit at +105.
Leon has been lighting up the NHL this season sitting second in scoring behind only Connor McDavid. He’s got 58 points in 37 games this season, but has seen his pace cool in the last five games scoring *just* four points. In those games, he hasn’t had more than a single point in a game.
On the season, he’s hit this prop in 15/37 games but I like this spot for him tonight against the New York Islanders. The Oilers have reunited the Dynamite line with him, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins and Kailer Yamamoto. This trio caught fire a few seasons back, and I think they could do it again tonight in a favourable matchup.

Our second bet of the day will be taking Mark Stone to take over 2.5 shots on goal. These odds sit at -138.
Stone comes into this game against the Pittsburgh Penguins having taken 15 shots in his last five games, hitting this prop in four of them. He’s on a tear right now scoring eight points over that time, so he’s feeling good about his game.
The Penguins, meanwhile, are giving up 33.52 shots against per hour in their last five games, the fourth worst rate in the league, so I like this spot for Stone.
