Real Life Podcast Episode 130: People get excited by rumours, not news

Another Monday is upon us and that means the boys are back with a brand new episode of the Real Life Podcast to get you through the week. This week, the guys get into what’s coming for the Real Life Podcast, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins’ wedding, and a whole lot of Big Brother talk.

To kick off this week’s show, the guys got into the mechanics of the podcast and talked a little bit about what’s to come for the show as we progress into a new season. As any listener of the podcast knows, the boys want to have more guests in the studio to sit down and talk about how they process of how they ended up where they are. Now that we have Yaremchuk working the case, the list of potential guests is growing and listeners of Real Life are in for some major upgrades in the coming weeks and months. Back to business, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins is getting married to his high school sweetheart today, so the guys took a few minutes to talk about the longest serving Edmonton Oiler and what it must be like to be the guy that’s seen and lived through so much shit. As any avid Nation fan knows, both Jay and Baggedmilk are MASSIVE RNH fans and the pair had plenty to say about the former first overall pick on the day of his nuptials. To finish off this week’s show, the boys got into their favourite summer pastime — Big Brother — and offered their takes of who is playing a bad game and who is lined up to win the $100,000 grand prize.
