Today was trade deadline day in the NHL and we have a brand new episode of The Real Life Podcast to give you our take on how things shook down in Edmonton and around the NHL! Ken Holland didn’t get a lot done and didn’t make a move for Taylor Hall. Those two things have a lot of people fired up around Oilersnation and for the most part, we think there might be some overreaction to what transpired today. We went through it all in episode 272!
Aside from the trade talk, we also talked about how the Oilers roster stacks up heading into the playoffs, got into a brief recap of The Masters, and got some stories about Yaremchuk’s days as a little league baseball umpire.
