Real Life Podcast: MLB season tickets, Tyler’s “red” hoodie, the Connor McDavid bobblehead

Another Thursday has landed on your calendar, which means the boys from the Real Life Podcast are back with another hour of nonsense and (maybe) some Oilers talk to wrap up your week. On today’s show, the guys talked about MLB season tickets, Tyler not knowing his colours, and a whole lot more.

To kick off the Thursday episode of Real Life, the guys got started with a quick chat about HockeyFights.com after The Athletic wrote an article about the site earlier in the week. But what Tyler actually wanted to talk about was opening day for MLB season and how the Jays’ first game of the year is at 2 PM even though everyone has to work. That led the guys to talking about baseball season tickets and how it’s such a slog to have so many games to go to that it’s hard to understand how they make sense. From there, the podcast fell off the rails a little bit as the guys learned that Tyler can’t tell the difference between maroon and red. That led the guys to wonder what other secrets Tyler is keeping. Changing gears, the guys wrapped up the podcast with the guys debating about whether or not they should spend $3500 USD on a signed Connor McDavid bobblehead for the office.
