Now that we know an outdoor version of the Battle of Alberta coming, will the team do something interesting for their outdoor jersey or will they go with something we know and love? Lastly, we wrapped up the podcast with a look back on Saturday&#8217;s <a href="https://publish.oilersnation.com/2022/12/31/game-38-recap-edmonton-oilers-vs-winnipeg-jets/">loss to Winnipeg</a> and how it was frustrating to see the boys get goalie&#8217;d once again, even if it did come at the hands of a Vezina-winning goaltender. Lastly, we wrapped up the podcast with a look at some of the rumours that are circling the Oilers right now after word came out that the team <a href="https://publish.oilersnation.com/2022/12/31/edmonton-oilers-are-apparently-interested-in-chicago-blackhawks-defenceman-jake-mccabe/">may be interested in Chicago defenceman, Jake McCabe</a>. Would it make sense to trade for a guy with a $4 million price tag and a couple of years left on his term? Should we be fishing for UFAs instead?</p>
