Edmonton is coming off a massive win over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night that snapped them out of their six-game winless streak. Now, they’ll look to continue their dominance against the Pacific Division and win their third game of the season against the Canucks. The Canucks are playing pretty average hockey right now with just four wins in their last five games. While the Oilers are just sputtering along as well, two points tonight puts them right back in the playoff mix in the Pacific as I explained on the show. The Oilers’ schedule gets busy and difficult in the month of February, so it will be important for them to bank points against weak opponents every change they get.
