It’s a brisk Wednesday morning here in the capital city and that means your friendly neighbourhood Baggedmilk jumped on the Cruz FM airwaves with the folks on The Locker Room to make sense of this crazy little thing called life.

To kick off this week’s appearance, we jumped in with a look at the Lockerroom Topic of the Day, which revolved around what I want to happen with my body when I pass away. Seeing as I had never really thought about it before, my answer was about as stupid as one might expect but I really saw no other way to respond to the question. Back to hockey, we looked at the new Ethan Bear contract and whether or not it was a surprise that it took as long as it did for a deal to get done. Personally, I never felt like there was any question that Bear was going to get signed, but now that he has his named inked on the dotted line, I can’t wait to see how he continues to progress in his young career. For the Edmonton Oilers, Bear is the type of player that they’ll need to take a step forward if they’re going to make any noise this season.
