It’s a brisk Wednesday morning in the capital city and that means your boy Baggedmilk jumped on the Cruz FM airwaves with the folks on The Locker Room to make sense of this crazy little thing called life.
To kick off this week’s appearance, I weighed in on the topic of the day which focused on office meltdowns and whether I had ever seen or had one. Before I worked at the Nation, I worked in an office building that looked a lot like the movie Office Space and I remember an incident of a woman quitting and flipping everyone off on her way out, but that’s about as close as I could get. Back to hockey, we looked at whether or not there will be an NHL season as the owners and players continue to negotiate over wages and operating costs. Even though I still believe there will be an NHL season, I will admit that it’s starting to get tiring to see yet another labour dispute coming out of the National Hockey League. Lastly, we wrapped up this week’s appearance with a look at the World Juniors Championship that is scheduled to take place in Edmonton over the Christmas break and how it will be nice to have some hockey to watch at a time when nothing else feels normals.
