Edmonton Oilers general manager Ken Holland will speak to media Tuesday morning, the club announced.
The presser comes while the Oilers are in the midst of a month-long skid that’s plummetted them down the NHL’s ranks. Since Dec. 1, the Oilers have posted a 3-9-2 record and the league’s third-worst points percentage.
With head coach Dave Tippett on the hot seat, the Oilers have been forced into a gap in their schedule due to multiple positive COVID-19 tests.
The Holland presser, The Athletic’s Daniel Nugent-Bowman reported, is due to multiple media requests for him to speak.
