The Bets of the Day is brought to you by NHL lines site Betway!
Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the day. All bets are for one unit unless otherwise noted.
Our first bet of the day will be taking Mikko Rantanen to take over 3.5 shots on goal. These odds sit at -105.
Rantanen has been on fire as of late taking 32 shots on goal in his last five games, the most among any NHL’er over that stretch. He’s hit this prop in four of those five games, but in just 11/31 games this season.
Tonight, the Avalanche take on a Nashville Predators team that is allowing 32.76 shots per hour in all situations in their last five games, the sixth-worst rate in the league.

Our second bet of the day will be taking Kevin Fiala to take over 2.5 shots on goal. These odds sit at -138.
Fiala ranks second in shots over the last five games behind Rantanen taking 27. He’s averaging 2.94 on the season and has hit this prop in five of his last five games and in 18/36 on the season.
The Kings take on the Arizona Coyotes tonight, a team that’s giving up 34.62 shots per hour in their last five games, the third-worst rate in the league.
Record: 70-49 (+19.88u)
