The Condors advance to the Pacific Division Finals

On the heels of two back to back 5-2 wins, the Bakersfield Condors have moved on to the second round of the AHL playoffs.
The first round of the playoffs in the AHL is a best-of-five series with the first two games going in the lower seeds home barn. The Condors got a split out of that matchup before heading home. Then they unleashed the Evan Bouchard:
His stat line from the first round is two goals and two assists in his two games so far.
The Condors offense exploded and ten goals over two games from players like Evan Polei (2-1-3 in game three) and Brad Malone (2-3-5 over the four games). Now that the Condors have won the bird battle over the Colorado Eagles, they move onto playing the Anaheim Ducks affiliate San Diego Gulls.

The season series going to San Diego (6-3-0-1) but as the Condors have started rolling into the playoffs the late-season results are more Bakersfield friendly. The Condors will have to watch out for the Gulls leading scoring duo of Sam Steel (3-3-6) and Sam Carrick (2-4-6).
Game one goes on Friday and game two on Saturday.
