(Video) Welcome the Minnesota Wild to the No Playoff Party

Apr 23, 2018, 18:16 EDT
The boys are feeling the power of positive thinking and will take some time welcome the freshly eliminated playoff teams to the “No Playoffs Party” as they leave the comfy confines of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
The Minnesota Wild are the latest team to get punted from the Stanley Cup Playoffs and into the No Playoffs Party, and the boys are here to welcome them to golfing season with open arms. Thanks to the Winnipeg Jets’ dominance, the Wild weren’t able to make any noise or get much of anything done in their fifth consecutive playoff appearance. As a result of the one-sided beatdown, the Wild made a move today and let go of their longtime GM, Chuck Fletcher.
As always, the boys walk through the series and give their thoughts as to where the Wild went wrong and whether or not they have the ability to fix it. Did they get enough scoring? Did Devan Dubnyk let his teammates down? Is their proximity to Mall of America the only good thing about the Minnesota Wild? The boys spit their hot takes on these topics and more in the latest edition of the No Playoffs Party series recap.
