Former @Edmonton Oilers forward and current Edmontonian @Sam Gagner shared a video on social media Tuesday encouraging people to shop local amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

“Hey Edmonton, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Our family is doing the best we can to support local business during these trying times,” tweeted Gagner. “I am attaching a video in which you can all do your part to support while you #StayHome. #OnePartEdmonton”

The video shows many local business owners talking about their business and offers them a chance to talk about their business. In these trying times, nearly every business out there have been heavily affected.

And at the same time, its shown the resilience of so many as we all try to navigate through the coming months.
