Another Edmonton Oilers player has been added to COVID-19 protocols: Jesse Puljujarvi.
The Finn was added Saturday afternoon after the team cancelled its morning skate. He joins Ryan McLeod, Devin Shore, Ryan Nugent-Hopkins, Duncan Keith and head coach Dave Tippett in protocols.
Puljujarvi is in the midst of a career season scoring 10 goals and 23 points in 28 games.
No word yet on if the Oilers-Kraken game will be postponed, but given that the team has five players and a coach in protocols, one has to wonder if the NHL is considering it.
