Oilers’ four most recent first-round picks headline Young Stars Classic roster

The Edmonton Oilers have announced their roster for this weekend’s Young Stars Classic in Penticton, British Columbia.
The Oilers’ roster will be headlined by the team’s most recent four first-round picks, Philip Broberg, Dylan Holloway, Xavier Bourgault, and Reid Schaefer, along with other notable prospects, such as Carter Savoie and Matvei Petrov. The Oilers will also flesh out their roster with a handful of undrafted free agents who have been invited to the team’s Rookie Camp.
Edmonton’s Rookies play the Winnipeg Jets Rookies on Friday, Sept. 16 at 5 pm MT, the Calgary Flames Rookies on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 8:30 pm MT, and the Vancouver Canucks Rookies on Monday, Sept. 19 at 3:30 pm MT. According to the Oilers, the games will be streamed live on EdmontonOilers.com and on the team’s social media channels.
