14 days agoThe Bets of the Day are brought to you by NHL odds site Betway!
Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the day. All bets are for one unit unless otherwise noted.
Our lone bet of the day will be parlaying Nathan MacKinnon to take over 4.5 shots on goal and Dylan Cozens to take over 2.5 shots on goal. These odds sit at +218.
MacKinnon continues to be a shot volume machine taking 25 shots on goal in his last five games hitting the over in three straight. He shouldn’t have an issue getting shots off against a Montreal Canadiens team giving up 32.9 shots against per hour in their last five games, the 10th-worst rate in the league.
Cozens, meanwhile, comes in taking lots of shots firing 19 in his last five games leading all Sabres over that stretch. He’s hit this prop in four of his last five games and while the Leafs have allowed among the fewest shots against in the league over the last five games (28.2), but has cashed the over against Toronto twice already this season.
On their own, MacKinnon’s odds sit at -150 and Cozens’ -110.
