Our lone bet of the day will be taking Timo Meier to take score a point. These odds sit at -143.
Now look, I know Meier hasn’t scored a point yet this series, but that is changing tonight. At least, I hope so.
He has been all around the action in this series and has accumulated 2.71 ixG alone in this series while taking 25 shots on goal and creating 25 scoring chances — 17 of which from high-danger areas. He’s about as snakebitten as they come, and tonight could very well be the night he breaks through.
The Devils will be all hands on deck for this game tonight, so it wouldn’t surprise me to see a veteran player like Meier continue to lead the charge in the offensive zone.
