Real Life Podcast: The Sports Equinox, Oilers early troubles, and a BOA giveaway

We’ve landed on another Thursday and that means the boys from the Real Life Podcast are back with a whole lot to talk about after the Oilers started their season with anything but smooth sailing. On today’s show, the guys looked at today’s Sports Equinox, what’s going on with the Oilers, an upcoming giveaway in Calgary, and a whole more.

Kicking off today’s podcast, the guys got started with a conversation about today being the Sports Equinox, which means that all of the major sports leagues are playing on the same day. Even though Jay and Baggedmilk didn’t really care, there is no doubt that October is the best time for watching sports with everything that’s going on. From there, the guys teased an upcoming contest in Calgary that we’ll have more details on in the coming week or so. Speaking of said contest, Jay and Baggedmilk spent the next few minutes trying to convince Tyler why he should bail on the Arkells and go to the BOA instead. Getting back to the Oilers, the guys talked about how this team just cannot play their game for a full 60 minutes and how their mistakes keep ending up in the back of the net. Lastly, the guys wrapped up the Thursday episode of Real Life with a few hypothetical situations that Tyler came up with that ranged from getting into McDavid’s brain to winning a PGA event.
