Welcome back to another edition of the Betway Bets of the Day!
The Bets of the Day are brought to you by NHL odds site Betway!
Our first bet of the day will be taking Owen Tippett to score 1+ point. These odds sit at -125.
I love this spot tonight for Owen Tippett, and his linemates on the Flyers’ top line. According to Daily Faceoff’s DFS charts, that line is the strongest offensive line on tonight’s four-game slate of action. Tippett has seen lots of offensive production this year at 5v5 scoring 3.1 points per hour this season and having 13.6 individual scoring chances per hour.
While he may not have time on the Flyers’ top power play unit, he doesn’t appear to need it to get on the scoresheet.

Our second bet of the day will be taking Mikko Rantanen to score 2+ points. These odds sit at +100.
I’m expceting a big night from the Avalanches top line, and Mikko Rantanen is slated to have a big night. At 5v5 alone this season, he’s scored 3.6 points per hour, the highest of any players on that line. Colorado, coming off two losses, is taking on a St. Louis Blues team who has not looked strong to start the year.
I was originally going to take Nathan MacKinnon for 2+ points, but that line sat at -138, so I like getting Rantanen at plus-money on a prop he’s hit in three of eight games this season.
