The Edmonton Oilers have made a slew of roster moves ahead of the all-star game weekend.
Following last night’s 5-3 win over the Washington Capitals, the Oilers made the following moves:
- Stuart Skinner, William Lagesson loaned to the Bakersfield Condors
- Oliver Rodrique and Kyle Turris recalled from the taxi squad
- Colton Sceviour reassigned from taxi squad to the Condors
The moves were made to give Skinner, Lagesson and Sceviour some more ice-time down with the Condors over the all-star game break.
Bakersfield play two games over the break: Friday and Saturday night against the Colorado Eagles. It’s a great chance for the trio to stay fresh. Sceviour hasn’t played an NHL game in a week, and Skinner’s last start came on the 29th.
