4. F Jayden Grubbe: Acquired to be AHL depth, but wound up in the ECHL last year.
5. F Noah Philp: Lost on waivers, now headed for the SHL.
6. F James Hamblin: A journeyman for the Condors, headed for Anaheim.
7. F Matvey Petrov: A dynamic offensive talent in the OHL who couldn’t find his pro game. Headed home to Russia.
8. F Roby Järventie: After faking an overseas signing in 2025, he spent last year in Bakersfield. This year’s overseas signing seems legit.
9. F Curtis Lazar: Still looking for a home for next year. Could he be an Oilers PTO candidate?

1. F Jason Dickinson: A guy the Oilers have been searching for since Derek Ryan’s game fell off, and might be able to offer more.
2. F Colton Dach: The ceiling is low, but the floor is high as a depth energy guy. Could work into fan-favourite territory in short order.
3. F Mathieu Joseph: A defensive stalwart who will play NHL games this year.
4. F Owen Michaels: Owen Michaels Michaels, as Michael Menzies calls him, is the 20th-best prospect in the system. Menzies thinks he should be higher.
5. F Eduards Tralmaks: Helped win me a bunch of money during the Olympics, and could be an early call-up candidate.
6. F Rudolfs Berzkalns: A rangy prospect with defence his calling card. Can he develop some offence and make the NHL?
7. F Malcom Gastrin: A small, skilled Swedish forward who competes. Right up Edmonton’s alley.
8. F Caden Harvey: A draft pick who, like Andrew Robinson, got a lot of eyes by Rick Pracey.
