<p>Make that 15 consecutive victories for the Edmonton Oilers, as they beat the Chicago Blackhawks by a score of 3-0 to move into a tie for the third-longest winning streak in league history.</p>
<p>Connor McDavid scored two goals and had three points, Zach Hyman buried his 29th goal of the season, and Calvin Pickard picked up his first shutout since November of 2018, turning aside 27 of 27 shots in the win.</p>

Leon Draisaitl fed Ryan Nugent-Hopkins with a pass that dragged goaltender Petr Mrazek out of his crease and RNH feathered the puck through the slot to Connor McDavid, who fired a backhand shot into the empty net.</p>

<p>The Blackhawks had a great chance to tie the game late in the second period when MacKenzie Entwistle was awarded a penalty shot after an interference call on Vincent Desharnais. Entwistle went with a quick shot from the right hashmark and Calvin Pickard turned it aside.</p>
